Returns Policy

To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
1. E-mail Winning Rackets at sales@winningrackets.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 2. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Winning Rackets highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. 3. No return will be accepted without prior authorization! 4. Winning Rackets only accepts unused returned merchandise with original packing (e.g. plastic wrap on racket; original shoe box with shoes; attached labels on apparel...etc.)
Return Address will be provided by Winning Rackets when contacted for return as this can vary depending on shipping location of customer.
We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.

The majority of orders are shipped via UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep within five to seven business days after receipt of your order. If you use the expedited shipping option, your products should arrive on your doorstep within two business days after receipt of your order.
There are some special exceptions: Items out of stock or on backorder will ship as soon as they become available.
